Lost in Transit: If the product is prepaid and is confirmed lost during shipping.
Note: In all eligible cases, you must provide an unboxing video showing the issue clearly, and the video must be shared with us within 2 days of delivery.
Conditions Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

Incorrect Order by Customer: If you ordered the wrong size, color, design, or provided incorrect customization.

No Unboxing Video: If you fail to share the required unboxing video showing the issue.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Refund Processing
If your return or refund is approved:
