Thank you for shopping with us! Each order is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your products will reach you.


Order Processing Time

  • All our products are made to order.

  • Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4 to 7 business days

  • Remote or Out-of-Service Areas: Up to 9 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 11 business days (Processing + Shipping)


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • These may also vary according to the offer available on the store

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.


Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order is delayed or you encounter any delivery issues:

  • Contact us at nightowlwardrobe@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

  • If a prepaid order is lost in transit, we will either issue a full refund or arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your address before placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.

  • In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.


Other Notes

  • Since each item is custom-printed, order cancellations, modifications, or address changes are not allowed once processing begins.

  • We currently ship only within India.
